Coaching
Difficult relationships are frustrating.
My clients care about their relationships at home and at work.
They don’t want to have the same old argument over and over again. They don’t want to avoid a difficult conversation altogether just because they fear the outcome.
They want to get along and enjoy peaceful relationships.
Unfortunately, relationships don’t always go that way. Coaching can help.
Dealing with a difficult person or situation can feel hopeless. It can be exhausting, frustrating, and, frankly, bewildering when you just can’t figure out how to make things better.
There is hope.
Over the years, I have worked with more than a thousand people each experiencing conflict at some level—from the mildly challenging to the downright unbearable. In all cases, if one person was willing to make a positive change, their situation improved.
It may not have been the outcome they originally envisioned, but if they were willing to take responsibility for their 50%, they ended up in a better place with a real possibility for joy.
Two ways to improve:
- Coaching provides one-on-one support for a specific difficult relationship, challenging situation you are facing, or pattern of conflict that keeps repeating in your life.
- Training allows you to learn skills to better manage conflict in all of your relationships.
